La nostra proprietà fa parte del condominio "Il Faraglione", un comprensorio di circa 30 appartamenti edificato nei primi anni 70 a poche decine di metri dalla scogliera e dal mare e ben integrato nel contesto naturale; situato all'estremità Nord del promontorio di Punta Palau tra la spiaggia della Sciumara (in fondo alla Baia di Nelson) e il porto turistico di Palau.
Our property is part of the condominium "Il Faraglione", a district of about 30 apartments built in the early 70's just a few tens of meters from the cliff and the sea and well integrated into the natural environment; located at the northern end of the Punta Palau promontory between the Sciumara beach (at the bottom of Nelson Bay) and the marina of Palau.

Il soggiorno è arredato con un divano e vari mobili e cassettiere contenengono accessori e suppellettili per il pranzo. Il
tavolo del soggiorno ha due piani abbattibili e può essere configurato a piacimento, essendo anche
dotato di ruote. Il pannello TV, a parete, è basculante.
The living room is furnished with a sofa and various furniture and drawers contain accessories and furnishings for lunch. The living room table has two collapsible tops and can be configured at will, as it is also equipped with wheels. The TV panel, on the wall, is tilting.

The kitchen in the niche consists of a large worktop, wall units, double sink, electric oven, 4-burner hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and warming oven.

La camera matrimoniale è ampia e potrebbe ospitare anche una culla per bebè. La camera con due letti singoli, eventualmente, potrebbe trasformarsi in matrimoniale accoppiando i letti.
The room with two single beds, eventually, could turn into a double by matching the beds.
The double bedroom is large and could also accommodate a baby cot.
La stanza da bagno con box doccia ospita la lavabiancheria e uno scaldabagno salva-spazio da 50 lt.
La veranda è attrezzata con panche in muratura ed un tavolo per il pranzo ed è protetta dal lato di ponente/maestrale da una grande finestra ad arco alla base della quale è stato disegnato un ampio divano in muratura con cuscini ad hoc. Con l'inizio della bella stagione la veranda diventa il vero "living" della casa, un luogo in cui pranzare, cenare, leggere o semplicemente oziare.
The bathroom with shower box houses the washing machine and a 50-liter space-saving water heater.

Dalla veranda e dal giardino si gode di una vista panoramica sulla rada e sulle isole dell'Arcipelago de La Maddalena, spaziando da Porto Rafael al faro di Punta Sardegna, all'isola di Spargi fino alle più lontane isole di Budelli, Razzoli e Santa Maria.
L'isola principale di La Maddalena è a meno di 2 miglia, più lontana si vede Caprera la cui sommità è il punto più alto dell'Arcipelago. A circa 1 miglio, verso Est, c'è la piccola isola di Santo Stefano e l'isolotto Roma.
From the veranda and the garden you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay and the islands of La Maddalena Archipelago, ranging from Porto Rafael to the lighthouse of Punta Sardegna, the island of Spargi up to the most distant islands of Budelli, Razzoli and Santa Maria. The main island of La Maddalena is less than 2 miles, further away is Caprera whose summit is the highest point of the Archipelago. About 1 mile eastwards, there is the small island of Santo Stefano and the Roma islet.
La facilità di accesso e la vicinanza al mare e alle piccole oasi di sabbia tra gli scogli, raggiungibili in pochi passi, dona alla vacanza quel senso di libertà
inimmaginabile per chi, invece, è costretto ad usare l'auto per arrivare al mare.
Avendo voglia di trovare spiagge più grandi, percorrendo a piedi il sentiero lungo la costa per circa 250 metri verso Est si arriva alla spiaggia del Faro e
continuando sotto l'ombra della piccola pineta si giunge alla spiaggia del "Pirata".
Dal lato opposto, incamminandosi lungo la nuova strada panoramica per 500 metri in direzione Ovest, troveremo la spiaggia della Sciumara, la più grande di
Palau.

If you want to find bigger beaches, walking along the path along the coast for about 250 meters towards the east you reach the beach of Faro and continuing under the shade of the small pine forest you reach the beach of the "Pirate". On the opposite side, walking along the new panoramic road for 500 meters to the west, we will find the Sciumara beach, the largest of Palau.
